What We Do

Gentle Sleep Coaching

 My work is focused on helping parents to establish positive sleep practices for their children from birth to 6 years of age, without using Cry-Intensive strategies. I will never endorse the "Cry It Out" method.

Individually Tailored

 There is no one solution for any family. The strategies and techniques that I will combine for you individually, will help you become the parent you want to be and enjoy your family as it should be.  My approach keeps every part of your child’s story in mind. I help inform and identify the reasons that your child may not be able to find sleep. By making the right changes, we will gently unlock their natural sleep skill set. This will allow them (and you) to achieve a deeper, more rested and less interrupted sleep overnight and to nap well during the day, too. All this can be achieved without leaving them to cry alone. Thanks to many years experience in assisting families I have a proven track record of success and can’t wait to share this with you. 

Emotional Support

  Although you may feel alone, remember that sleep challenges affect up to 70% of households. No judgement, no blame. You can do this. I can help.
